The Yacht would benifit greatly if it had a cloak reactivation reduction bonus like stealth bombers (5s) or the SOE ships (15s). The current reactivation delay puts it dangerously close to the gate cloak wearing off.

I like the noctis. It's a great salvager that makes quick work of any surrounding wrecks. The only problem is the miserably small tank, and if anything looks aggressively in it's general direction it dies. The emergent locus analyzer subsystems ...

One thing that has bugged be about the amarr ships is the multifreq ammo. It doesn't actually seem to switch between the frequencies, it just shoots a white beam. This feature might be interesting in fleet combat too, the enemies will never know...
